Der Wohnkomplex „Le Spighe“ befindet sich an der Kueste zwischen Caorle und Eraclea Mare in einer hervorragenden Lage: nur 80 Meter vom Strand entfernt und inmitten der Natur, umgeben von einem gruenen Park, der sich ueber 300 Hektar hinter dem Wohnkomplex erstreckt.
„Le Spighe“ profitieren von einer strategisch guenstigen Lage in Richtung des antiken und beruehmten Fischerdorfs Caorle, geliebt und besucht auch von Hemingway – Tor zu Venedig, welches man in ca. 40 Minuten mit dem Auto erreicht.
Der Ort, umgeben von viel Gruen, ist nur wenige km von dem turistischen und bekanntesten Badeanstalten von Jesolo, Eraclea Mare und Caorle mit ihren Restaurants und Vergnuegungsmoeglichkeiten, sowie von einigen der beruehmtesten Kunststaedte des Venetos (Venezia, Treviso, Portogruaro und Padua), welche hoechstens einen Stunde mit dem Auto entfernt liegen.
