In an excellent position, deep in the colour and fragrance of the surroundinh landscape, Il Poggiolo offers an amazing view of the Umbrian country side. The eighteenth-century house has been restored using local materials and respecting the local traditions. A wonderful swimming pool, laid on a natural terrace, offers stunning view of the surrounding hills. It's a perfect relief after spending the day visiting the lovely little villages and art cities and the ideal place where you eill enjoy our traditional aperitif. Every available surface within the property has been planted with flowers brimming with a profusion of colours. Mature trees provide a dappled shade for reading on a bench by the pond. The house is located in a strategic position easily accessible from Fabro's tollgate on the A1 and is an ideal starting point to visit the historic treasures of Umria and Tuscany. Other than the traditional itineraries, the hills surrounding Il Poggiolo hide little villages of different ages, where you will feel that time has never gone on. Thanks to an agreement with San Casciano Terme, the Poggiolo's guests who want to spend a day in the SPA, or simply a few relaxing hours in the hot springs swimming pool will benefit from special discounts.
