General Information
Der Landferienkomplex Agriturismo Miralduolo ist im Zentrum Umbriens, dem “grünen Herzens Italiens”, in einem landwirtschaftlichen Gehöft von 130 Ha gelegen, das auf die Erzeugung von Getreide, Gemüse, Zuckerrüben und Olivenöl spezialisiert ist.
Er erfreut sich eines großartigen Ausblicks auf die Altstadt von Perugia und liegt in der Nähe des mittelalterlichen Ortes Torgiano, „der Weinstadt“.
Er ist nicht weit vom Trasimener See und von den Fremdenverkehrszentren Umbriens (Assisi, Spoleto, Gubbio, Todi) und dem Flugplatz von Perugia-S. Egidio entfernt.
Der Landferienkomplex Miralduolo besteht aus einem alten Bauernhaus aus der Mitte des 19. Jahrhunderts und den dazugehörigen Tabaktrockengebäuden; die Gebäudlichkeiten wurden sorgfältig renoviert und unter Beachtung der Original-Architektur umgebaut: so entstanden acht großzügige Wohnungen (zu 6, 4 und 2 Personen), die sorgfältig eingerichtet sind und über Küche, Bad, Fernseher, Kamin und persönlichen Tisch im Freien verfügen.
