General Information
Pugnano Alto is an old farm-house restored with much attention to details. Today, Pugnano Alto, is divided in four apartments, fully furnished and provided with every comfort, like, for example, personal heating system or dishwasher, or TV. All the flats have floors wit “cotto” tiles and the furniture are old country Italian style. The swimming pool has a “roman stair” to get into the water. Here the guests will be able to refresh in the hot summer days, to find relax in comfortable chairs and below big umbrellas. The farm is surrounded from a big beautiful garden, with barbecue, small tables and chairs for memorable dinners under the stars. More, there are different animals around, especially sheep which graze in the countryside attracting the attention of grown-ups and children.
We are to the border between Umbria and Tuscan, in one of the most beautiful valleys of the Italy center: the Valley of the Niccone, rich of many historical sites among them four middle age castles. The place is surrounded by woods, do not exist pollution, factories and chaos. You will find just quiets surrounding , clean air, animals and cordiality. The farm-house can be reach from a completely paved a road , it is placed on a hill with a memorable view of the valley. His position assures the customers the most complete privacy, but "outside the world" is not too far. In fact the village of Lisciano Niccone is just one kilometres away, here there are food store, bar, restaurant, post office, bank, chemistry and doctor.
