General Information
In a framework made of old olive trees and immerged in the green Umbrian countryside, we discover Badia; a small village, an oasis of peace and quietness.
It is there that Renata and Marco have decided to restructure this complex that has become the splendid Holiday House Borgo Badia.
Only five minutes away we find the village of Castiglione del Lago on the shores of the Trasimeno Lake, where you can go to the beach or visit the charming historic centre; but Badia is also well located to serve as a departure point for interesting excursions to Montepulciano, Cortona, Arezzo, Pienza, Siena, Perugia, Orvieto, Assisi, etc.
The complex is made three structures recently restructured and furnished with care, attention and good taste: the Villetta; the Portico; the Casolare. The love of Renata and its commitment in the choice of the minimum details to complete the furnishing characterised by rustic tables, delicate linen curtains, beds in wrought iron, are making the apartments so welcoming that the host can fell at home.
