Hier haben Renata und Marco sich entschlossen, diesen Komplex zu umstrukturieren, der das wunderschöne Holiday House Borgo Badia geworden ist. Nur fünf Minuten entfernt liegt das Dorf Castiglione del Lago an den Ufern des Trasimeno Sees, wo man auf dem Strand liegen kann oder die schöne Altstadt besichtigen kann; aber die Lage von Badia ist auch günstig für interessanten Ausflüge nach Montepulciano, Cortona, Arezzo, Pienza, Siena, Perugia, Orvieto, Assisi, usw.Der Komplex besteht aus drei Wohnungen, die seit kurzem umstrukturiert und mit Sorge, Hingabe und gutem Geschmack eingerichtet worden sind: Villetta; Portico; Casolare. Die Liebe von Renata und ihr Eifer bei der Wahl der kleinsten Einzelheiten für die Einrichtung mit Rohtischen, feinen Leinenvorhängen, Schmiedeeinsenbetten, machen die Wohnungen so gemütlich, dass die Gäste sich wie zu Hause fühlen.
