General Information
A lovely, comfortable house [200m2] situated in a lovely position, surrounded by the hills and valleys of the Florentine countryside. Surrounded by a large garden, the house is reached via a private road. The use of the following are available to guests: the garden and a private car park within the grounds; a barbecue; a table tennis table; a variety of other games; a swimming pool. Further services include: television, mountain bike and cot hire; room cleaning service and babysitting. The house is divided into apartments of various sizes that can accommodate from 2 to 8 people.Apartments have been beautifully furnished and decorated with great care by the owner, and all are equipped with central heating for the winter season, and a rustic kitchen with oven, fridge
The apartments are two on the upper level and two on the lower level (If required, the two upper level apartments can be connecting in order to create one large apartment with three double rooms, plus a double sofa bed, two bathrooms, an ample kitchen/living room [50m2] and a fireplace.) The property may also be rented as a single villa with private swimming pool.

Location Description
We suggest you visit the most important cities of Firenze, Siena, Lucca, but there are also places to see in half a day for example closer, less famous towns but no less charming:
Montaione: Palazzo pretorio in the historical centre, Cisterna romana, S.Vivaldo’s convent. (km 4m half day)
Certaldo: Boccaccio’s native town. Medieval city in which you can find the house of the artist, Ss.Michele e Jacopo’s church, Palazzo Pretorio with pictures of Fiorentino, Bozzoli e Beato Angelico. To see: “Mercantia” theatral festival along the street of the ancient city (km 15 1day)
San Gimignano: Called the “ city of towers ” this wonderful place once had 72 towers! Now about 20 remain which can be seen from far.Absolutely must see: the historical centre, Collegiata o Duomo, il Palazzo del popolo, Piazza del Duomo. (Km 20, 1 day)
Vinci: Birthplace of Leonardo, the most important Tuscan man. To see : Museo Leonardiano inside Castello dei Guidi, the teacher’s house. (km 35, 1 day)
Volterra: this beautiful ancient city rises on the Valdelsa’s hills. To see: The historical centre where buying alabaster souvenirs, Battistero, Duomo, Palazzo dei priori, Minacci-Solaini’s palace, museum of Holy art , the picture-gallery where there are works of Rosso Fiorentino, the roman’s theatre. (Km 20, 1day).
