General Information
Ancient farmhouse, utterly restored, with four flats about 800 metres from the village of Caldine (food store, bank, post-office, chemist’s, etc), situated in a scenic, quiet area, surrounded by the olive groves of Montereggi. Swimming-pool and more outdoor spaces provide the ideal surroundings for a relaxing stay. Both Fiesole and Florence are 6 kms away and can be reached in a few minutes by car or city-bus (there is also a train for Florence). All the flats have got central heating and the furniture has been carefully selected so as to provide comfort with an eye on Tuscan taste.

(75 square metres – 4/5 persons): sitting-room (SAT TV) with fireplace, kitchen (oven and washing-machine), one master bedroom, one twin-bedded room , two bathrooms, a smaller sitting-room with a sofa-bed. Private equipped space outside.
Casa al bosco:
(65 square metres - 4 persons): large living-room (SAT TV) with fire place and cooking commodities (oven and washing-machine), one master bedroom, one twin-bedded room, two bathrooms. Private equipped space outside.
Olmo:
( 60 square metres –2/3 persons): sitting-room (SAT TV) with sofa-bed, kitchen with large fireplace and oven, double bedroom, bathroom, passage (washing-machine and cleaning commodities). Private equipped space outside.
Scopa:
(40 square metres – 2 persons): sitting-room (SAT TV) with cooking commodities, one double bedroom, one bathroom (washing-machine). Equipped space outside.

Location Description
· from Rome - A1 motorway: drive out at Firenze Sud and follow the signs for Fiesole; in Fiesole's main square there is a roundabout: turn left and take the small road behind the cathedral in direction of Caldine; drive down this road to its end (about 3 Km) and turn right on Via Faentina; drive for more 3 Km past the villages of Pian di Mugnone and Caldine; just after you 'll see a sign on the left with "LA FABBRICA" written on it: turn right into Via Santa Maria Maddalena (distance from A1 exit about 19 Km).
· from Bologna - A1 motorway: drive out at Barberino and follow the signs for Borgo S. Lorenzo and drive till after "Cafaggiolo". At a roundabout (about 2 Km from "Cafaggiolo") drive straight ahead and go through a tunnel in direction of “Via Faentina”; at the end of this road, turn right in direction of Florence and about 16 Km, when you see the signs Caldine and LA FABBRICA on your right, turn left in Via Santa M. Maddalena (distance from A1 exit abut 35 Km).
