General Information
Eine hübsche, kleine Villa Dependance eines Herrenhauses, auf einem Hügel gelegen und nur zwei km vom antiken Stadtkern des reizenden Dorfes Monte San Savino.
In einer ruhigen Position mit Blick auf den Garten und die umliegenden Hügel, verfügt das Anwesen über eine große, ausschließlich den Gästen zur Benutzung gedachte Wiese; auf seiner Rückseite ist es, an die Küche angrenzend, mit Esstischen im Freien ausgestattet.
Das Schwimmbad (5x9m) wird mit einer anderen Villa zusammen benutzt. Die beiden Villen haben unabhängige Eingänge und Parkplätze und liegen 15m voneinander entfernt.
DAS DEPANDANCE
Geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und Zugang nach Draußen, Durchgang zu einem Esszimmer (Höhe 2m), Kochnische.
Vom Wohnzimmer aus steigt man einige Stufen hoch, zu einem Doppelzimmer mit WC, während man einige Stufen hinuntersteigt, zu einem Zimmer mit zwei Bettten und einem Bad mit Badewanne.
