 General Information

We own a small, family-run farm with five guest rooms in the countryside near Cortona in Tuscany. Surrounded by total tranquillity in the wooded mountains of Cortona stands our 400 year-old stone farmhouse which has recently been renovated with great attention. Now it offers every modern comfort without having lost any of its original charm.

FACILITIES

- Own bathrooms
- Satellite TV
- Telephone
- Central heating
- Traditional furniture
- Some rooms also have a fireplace

The swimming pool

From the large (16m x 8m) swimming pool there is a marvellous panoramic view of the verdant Minimella valley and the Umbria-Tuscan Appenines. The pool is open from about mid-May to mid-September.

The Restaurant

Our great passion is the local, traditional cuisine. We mainly use our own, homegrown products: organic fruit and vegetables grow and mature with the sole aid of water, sun and our animal compost. Our animals are reared as animals once were and are fed on cereals and grass. All our meals are prepared on the spot with great care using the freshest possible ingredients. Guests can watch how their fish or meat is cooked using wood for fuel. We also make our own bread in a traditional, wood-fired oven.
