Tecognano Farm is a modern agritourist estate in the hills surrounding Cortona and where high quality grapes and olives are grown. Both the red and the white wines they produce are excellent, as is their vin santo, and the extravirgin olive oil is of superlative flavour. The farm offers you an opportunity to spend a peaceful, relaxing holiday in a very cordial atmosphere combining charm and tradition. Two superbly situated old farmhouses have been refurbished with care and attention into four attractive apartments. Podere BUGOSSI has two apartments, Bugossi and Ziraia. 1 Km away is Podere GNERUCCI with Il Giogo. From these houses there is an incomparable view over the whole Val Di Chiana as far as the shores of Lake Trasimeno which is just 15 minutes away by car. To the front of Podere Bugossi is a large, terraced garden sloping gently down towards the valley with wonderful views and a most congenial swimming pool 5 x 10 m available to all guests.
