Das Landgut befindet sich 640 M. über dem Meeresspiegel inmitten eines 170.000 m² großen Grundstücks mit 11.000 Bäumen darunter Oliven-Nuss-Kirschen. In nur 30 Minuten erreicht man Siracusa, Ragusa Ibla, Modica und die Pantalica Schlucht, sowie die Sandstrände Fontane Bianche und Lido di Noto. Das Naturschutzgebiet Cavagrande del Cassibile mit seinen Naturbecken, sowie die berühmte Barockstadt Noto sind nur 15 Minuten entfernt. Palazzolo Acreide ist die am naheästen gelegene Stadt (nur 7 km). Es herrscht das ganze Jahr angenehmes, mediterranes Klima. Im Hochsommer ist es erfrischend im Gegensatz zu den feucht-schwülen Stadtzentren direkt an der Küste.
