Ferme agricole seculaire avec 16 hectare de pinède donnant sur un panorama spectaculaire du golf de Squillace, Cropani Marina, Catanzaro ( Calabre mar Ionio).Plage privée.
Petites villa avec cuisine et indipendente chambres avec bathrooms privè.
Les chambreses avec l'entrée indépendante et la salle de bains privée de douche : simple, double, le triple avec possible sont ajoutés à un lit.Tv, air conditionné, radio, chauffant. Les petites indépendantes houses(for maximum 5 personnes) ont été obtenues à partir des logements des bergers antiques, sont camouflées en végétation à 350mt un des autres avec salle de bains privée de douche, une salle vivante avec la kitchenette, un réfrigérateur et un dishware, et un bois pour l'endroit du feu, TV, climatisation, chauffage, sèche-cheveux, radio, accès indépendant, stationnement de voiture, véranda, paddock pour le chien.
